They were very professional and very friendly. They had a great variety of granite and were very helpful in finding what I was looking for.
They we a little difficult to find but once there we were greeted when we came in and the ladies that took care of us were very helpful and professional !! They also had a big selection
Great place to go look for for slabs they put a clipboard in your hand and a pencil and tell you go looking write down what you have found. So many different slabs that will make your head spin but it's a great place to find what you're looking for.
Ranica was the most polite and helpful associate! Going well above and beyond from the moment we got out of our car.

Just went today and WOW, were we impressed! Beautiful and extensive selection, but that makes it hard to choose! 😉 Their system is flawless, slabs are so well labeled and our customer specialist, Ranica, knew every slab like the back of her hand. You are given all the time you need to views the slabs, Ranica checked in periodically which is appreciated since you will have questions. Very friendly and chill atmosphere, also spoke with Xavi who was equally fabulous. This was the most painless part of our whole house remodel, loved it!

From pulling in the parking lot to someone meeting us at the door this is a top knotch operation. Customer service was great. You are allowed to look around on your own in the designated safe areas. Full slabs are visible with excellent lighting. There are slabs located outside as well. Best selection around. Fantastic customer service.
My husband and I were referred to Stone Basyx by the company we hired to do our kitchen. It was the best experience we could had. Even in the middle of the shortage of supplies Stone Basyx found exactly the granite and size we were looking for in a matter of few days we had our stone checked and approved by us.We also visited other company to check the stone but we couldn't selected nor approved the stone would be installed in our home. The other store would pick and ship.Stone Basyx ambient is clean and organized. Our sales representative was Xaviera Zilles. She was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and very efficient. She made few confident we would receive exactly what we wanted.We strongly recommend Stone Basyx for who wants to update or build without headaches.
I highly recommend Stone Basyx! Was sent there by my fabricator to look for stone. I went back several times in order to find exactly what I was looking for. It was a little stressful, but Xavier and staff were patie, helpful and phenomenal to work with.My quartzite countertops are one of a kind, and really make the kitchen.Thank you Stone Basyx!
